Here you will find updated information about our Warranty and Policies.

STACYC STABILITY CYCLE LIMITED WARRANTY

STACYC warranties this product to be free from material and manufacturing defects from date of purchase as described below.

  • Frame and Fork – Five years.
  • Non-electrical systems components – One year.
  • Electric system components, including battery and charger – 90 days.
  • Normal wear and tear items – 30 days. (sprockets, chain, grips, bar plugs, saddle, footrest, brake cable/housing, brake lining, paint/decals, tires, inner tubes)

This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is not used in accordance with the owner’s manual or:

  • damaged in an accident, crash or loss of control incident;
  • used in a manner other than for recreation;
  • poorly or incorrectly maintained;
  • used in a manner in which this product was not specifically designed;
  • failure to follow owner’s manual instructions or warnings;
  • electronics or battery exposed to water;
  • modified in any way;
  • damage by unauthorized service or parts;
  • used for commercial purposes

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly maintenance, or storage.
STACYC is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use or misuse of this product.
This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is not provided, warranty period begins from original date of manufacture.
STACYC does not offer an extended warranty.

STACYC STABILITY CYCLE RETURN POLICY

Overall Return Guidelines

  • These are STACYC Stability Cycle’s return guidelines applicable to items purchased directly from the US website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting STACYC Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Read more about Refunds, Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees here.
  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to STACYC within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.

 

Products that are received by STACYC in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Report a shipping problem article for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS

STACYC Stability Cycles does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

Restocking Fees

You will receive a prepaid return label at no charge and a full refund to the original form of payment* for the following items:

  • Defective items
  • Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped
  • Wrong item shipped or item does not match was shown on the STACYC website
Partial Refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. You receive 85% of the item’s purchase price if:

  • Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period
  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period

 

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. Returns for these reasons will require STACYC Customer Service assistance. You receive 85% of the item’s purchase price if:

  • Non-defective items that are returned unopened and beyond the return policy period
  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period

 

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or may receive a partial refund.

Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, showing obvious misuse not due to STACYC error.

  • Non-defective items that are returned unopened and beyond the return policy period – 85% of the item’s purchase price.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to STACYC error – Up to 50% of the item’s purchase price *Rejected items will be returned to the customer*
Shipping

We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Pricing for shipping is based on the most recently published FedEx and UPS shipping rates.

The STACYC online store cannot ship to a PO Box.
